Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Carrier: Thai Post or international courier (depending on destination)

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided when the package is shipped

Delivery time: Typically 7 to 21 business days depending on location

🔄 Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the artwork within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Custom commissions are non-refundable
